You will need both forms above to register a team. These forms can be used for any adult sports league. Indicate which sports league when completing the form. The minimum and maximum number of players for each sport is indicated on the form. -- We recommend printing on 8.5 x 14, legal-size paper.

Kick Ball League - Kick Ball League will start Thursday, September 15th. Rosters and Team Fees are due by Friday, September 9th. Minimum of 10 players per team. $100 per team is due at the time of registration. Games will be on Thursday nights at Stuart Nelson Park. For more information contact John Gorrell at 444-8508.

Tiny Tot T-Ball - registration closes Tuesday, September 6th. League will be 6-weeks long beginning Sept 10 at 10:00 am. Each week will consist of 20 minutes of skills lesson and then a short scrimmage. This is an introduction to T-Ball for 3 - 5 year olds and will teach basic fundamental skills. Paducah Parks Services Behavior Policy

Paducah Parks Services under no circumstance will tolerate verbal and/or physical abuse of any staff member, umpire/referee, or program participant. The penalties for any of the above behaviors are strict and strongly enforced. First time offenders may be suspended for a minimum of 1-year from all Parks Services Programming. It is our mission that all participants as well as employees feel safe and are protected from any type of abuse.
