The Anna Baumer Community Center (ABCC) is a small, rustic building located behind the amphitheater on the westwest corner of Noble Park next to the floodwall levee.  The ABCC is in a semi-remote area of the park that allows for privacy during your event.  For outdoor activities, there is an open field across from the facility and a nearby Nature Trail loop.  The facility also has a gravel parking lot.  The building has a covered back patio and an outdoor fireplace.

The facility offers a men's and women's restroom, open meeting room, a refrigerator and sink, heat and air conditioning, and hot and cold running water.
