Box 2267, Paducah Kentucky, 42002-2267.  OR send an email to Interested in Serving if you would like to be considered as a board or commission appointee.  Please include your name, address, phone number, email address (if available), and your choices of boards or commissions that you would be interesting in serving.  Also include if you are a City resident or not.
