The LowerTown Arts & Music Festival in Paducah, Kentucky is THE regional Festival for Western Kentucky and the surrounding area. The Festival's mission is to celebrate the cultural richness of this part of the country. We know we have a great thing going on here and we want to present it to you every year at the Festival in Lower Town... music, art, theater, food!
