Steve Kyle

Fire Chief

Steve Kyle was born in 1971 in Union City, Tennessee. He is a native of Clinton, KY and went to school at Hickman County.  Steve has a Bachelor's Degree from Murray State University. 

After college in 1994, Steve became a fire service instructor for Kentucky State Fire Rescue Training.   He also started working full time for the Kentucky OSHA Compliance Division.  Steve moved up the ladder and went to work for the Kentucky State Fire Marshal.

In 1998, the City of Paducah hired Steve to be the City's Fire Marshal.   In January 2009, he became Fire Chief.

Wardelle Harvey

Wardelle Harvey is an Assistant Fire Chief with the Paducah Fire Department. He has been with the Paducah Fire Department since 1977.

He was born in 1957 in Evansville, Indiana. He graduated from Paducah Tilghman in 1975. He is proud to not only work for the City of Paducah but also be one of its residents.

Starting as a firefighter, A/C Harvey advanced through the ranks of Lieutenant and Captain before becoming an A/C in 1998.

Gary Leneave

Gary Leneave is an Assistant Fire Chief with the Paducah Fire Department. He has been with the Paducah Fire Department since 1985.

He was born in 1962 in Paducah, Kentucky. He graduated from Paducah Tilghman in 1982.  He is married with one son. He is proud to not only work for the City of Paducah but also be one of its residents.

Starting as a firefighter, A/C Leneave advanced through the ranks of Lieutenant and Captain before becoming an A/C.

Tim Jones
