The Operations Division has three police K-9's that are assigned to (in order from left to right in the picture) Officer Michael Simak (pictured with K-9, Bikkel), Sergeant Rob Hefner (pictured with K-9, Ronny), and Officer Lofton Rowley (pictured with K-9, Fox) .  Each police dog is a Belgian Malinois.  If you are interested in having our K-9 Team visit your school or center, please contact one of our K-9 Officers at (270) 444-8548.

A K-9 team is assigned to each patrol shift.  The teams are used in a variety of situations including drug detection, building searches, human tracking, and crowd control.
