The Paducah Parks Services Department is accepting separate bids for concession vendors to operate the concession stand at the Noble Park Pool and to provide concessions at Stuart Nelson Park.

For the Noble Park Pool, the chosen concessionaire will be the exclusive concessionaire for the 2012 pool season, June 1 through August 8, and is required to be open for business Tuesday through Saturday, noon until 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, 1:00-5:00 p.m.  The deadline to submit a bid for the Noble Park Pool concessionaire is Friday, May 11 at 5:00 p.m.

The deadline to submit a bid for the Stuart Nelson Park concessionaire has been extended to Wednesday, April 18 at 5:00 p.m.  The chosen concessionaire is required to be present at Stuart Nelson Park softball fields throughout the season, April through October, 6:30-9:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

Each concessionaire will provide visitors with hot and cold food options, cold drinks, chips, popcorn or other snack options, candy options, and frozen treat options.  Interested concessionaires for each park must have a valid business license with the City of Paducah, all applicable health department documents and permits, and must carry liability insurance with the City of Paducah named in the policy for $1,000,000.   Bidders can pick up bid specification information at the Paducah Parks Services offices located at 1400 HC Mathis Drive in Paducah or online at www.paducahky.gov.  Bids should be faxed to (270) 444-8627 or mailed to
