Don’t worry if you missed last Friday’s Fire House Chili, the tasty fundraiser returns for the next two Fridays. The City of Paducah invites everyone to stop by and purchase chili, chili dogs, and/or hot dogs with all of the proceeds benefitting the United Way of Paducah-McCracken County. From 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 11, fire fighters will be cooking at Station 1 located at 301 Washington Street. There are plenty of places to sit at station 1. Bring the entire family or office and enjoy lunch at one of the many tables set up in the fire station’s heated bays.
Each week a different crew will cook the chili. For this Friday, the crew from Station 1 under the leadership of Assistant Chief Kevin McKellips will heat up the kitchen with their extra special chili recipe.
The City will provide a delivery service for orders that total at least $20.00. Delivery Order Form >> Please pre-order by Thursday, November 10 at 1:00 p.m. for lunch time delivery on Friday, November 11. The final Fire House Chili for this United Way campaign will be held November 18. This is the fifth year for Fire House Chili.
