The Paducah Renaissance Alliance (PRA) is seeking applications for local and regional musicians of all genres for participation in the 2012 season of Live On Broadway.

The 2012 season for the Live On Broadway series will begin May 26, 2012 and will occur every Saturday for the months of June and July as well as the first Saturday of August, September and October.  Live on Broadway will take place on historic Broadway, Downtown Paducah between 4th Street and the river.

Selected performers will be offered an opportunity to appear at various locations along Broadway as determined by the PRA staff.  All interested musicians should apply by February 24, 2012 at 5 p.m.  Accepted musicians will be notified by March 16.

Musicians can apply electronically with an MP3 file via email or by submitting application materials to the Paducah Renaissance Alliance office.   To request an application form, email mmast@paducahalliance.com. Completed application forms, along with a musician/group photo and music recording can either be emailed to mmast@paducahalliance.com or mailed to the PRA Office 605 Broadway, Paducah, KY 42001.

Musicians selected for Live on Broadway will be compensated and will perform along Broadway.  We are also soliciting for larger bands to perform as the main attraction, to be featured the first Saturday of each month during the event.  Compensation will vary for the larger bands selected to play on the riverfront.
