The Teen Board consists of teenagers between the ages of 14 and 19 who are currently enrolled in an area high school.  The Teen Board holds monthly meetings at the Parks Services Offices and welcomes any teen meeting the membership criteria above to attend.  Call for more information on meetings and/or upcoming events.

MISSION STATEMENT

To serve and unite area teens by:

• organizing, planning, and implementing events and activities for teens.
• promoting and advertising upcoming events through the high schools.
• serving as representatives from and for their high schools, bringing new ideas and suggestions for events and activities from their peers.
• serving the community through government interaction.  

UPCOMING EVENTS

Teachers wishing to nominate students for Teen Board may do so with the Teacher Nomination Form below.  Students wishing to apply on their own may do so using the Student Application Form below.  Both forms need to be sent to Paducah Parks Services, Attn: John Gorrell, 1400 HC Mathis Drive, Paducah, 42001 by August 15, 2012.  Teen Board members selected for the 2012-2013 school year will be notified by Friday, August 17, 2012.
