Permit Fees

THE FEE SHALL BE:
       
Less than $3000.00   $20.00
     
More than $3000.00   $20.00 for the initial $3,000.00, plus $4.00 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof up to and including $100,000.00
     
More than $100,000.00 up to and including $500,000.00   $408.00 plus $3.00 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof up to and including $500,000.00
     
More than $500,000.00 up to and including $10,000,000.00   $1,608.00 plus $1.00 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof up to and including $10,000,000.00
     
More than $10,000,000.00   $11,108.00 plus $0.50 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof thereafter.
  
  
Other Permits
  • Electrical Fee is: $60.00 for SFR
  • $50.00 per unit on multi family
  • All other permits are by fee schedule
  • Demolition is $50.00 per building and must be completed within 60 days from date of issue of permit.
  • Mechanical is included with new construction. If replacement permit, it is by fee schedule.
